Amlou

(Argan oil & Almond Dip)

Servings: 7-10 servings (2 Tbsp. serving)

 

Ingredients:

 *Indicates items available at Nicole's Gourmet Foods

8 ounces (225g) Marcona Almonds* or regular Almonds* Roasted & Salted

9 tablespoons Mustapha’s” Argan Oil*

4 tablespoons Honey

 

Instructions:

1.) Grind the almonds in a food processor to the desired texture.

2.) Remove almonds from food processor and place in mixing bowl.

3.) Slowly stir in the Argan oil (one tablespoon at a time).

4.) Stir in Honey (one tablespoon at a time).

5.) Stir well.

6.) Serve on pita bread.

 

Note: Amlou should be stored at room temperature in a sealed container.
